PCI compliance is a responsibility shared between both us and your business. So when accepting payments, it is essential that you do so in a PCI compliant manner. The complexity of this depends upon your integration methods, but the simplest way is never to see or access your customers' card data. Here are our tips:

  • Use one of our integration methods that allows you to accept payments without ever handling card data: Frames and Checkout.js.
  • Use Transport Layer Security (TLS) for all payment pages, so that they use HTTPS.
  • Review and validate your PCI compliance once a year.



In case of a refund, it will be done on the same credit. It takes 3 working days to process it from our side and then it will be credited back to your card according to your bank timing. For the Debit card, a refund will be in cash.

Q. How do I check out?

Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, Select the 'Checkout' button in the cart area. Follow the steps by entering the requested details for your delivery and the payment details until you receive the order confirmation and the e-mail summary of your order.

Q. Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase online?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. Delivery charges may vary depending on the type of item you shop and your delivery location. 

 Q. What credit card/debit cards do you accept for payment?

We accept the following payment methods: credit cards (Visa and MasterCard, AMEX, JCB) debit card, and Cash on Delivery.

Credit cards:

To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D secure password.

 Debit cards:

To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

Q. How do I get a receipt?

You will receive by email the order confirmation that summarizes your order and the payment details. When your shopping is delivered, you will be given a detailed delivery note -  invoice of your received order by the driver.

Q. When does the refund happen in case of a failed or unsuccessful transaction?

For any failed or unsuccessful transaction, there is no refund process to go through. The amount will automatically be reversed into your bank account within the next working day.

Q. I have canceled my order after placing it but have received an SMS from my bank for being charged. When will you refund me and what should I do?

Not to worry, it is okay to change your mind! In this case, Carrefour has not charged you for your order. Your bank however, has reserved the amount upon your completion of the order. We only charge your card once your order leaves our warehouse therefore, the amount that has been reserved by your bank will be reversed to your account within 15 – 30 days depending on your bank's terms and conditions.

Q. I received two messages from my bank that I was charged twice! How do I get my money back?

You may receive a message from your bank two times depending on your preferred banking partner. The first time you receive the message is when the bank reserves the total order amount, although Abukhalifa Trading has not charged you for your order. The second message you receive is the actual charge amount that Abukhalifa Trading has charged your card after your order has left our warehouses. The amount of both of these numbers within each message may differ, as the initial message will be for your full order value vs. the second message will be for the actual order amount in the case that there were any out of stock items. For example, you ordered products worth 120 QAR and receive a message from your bank.
