Keakado! tries to reduce the amount of packaging in every possible way — which is why we deliver your food in cardboard boxes with the option to pick up and re-use them. We only use packaging when it’s necessary to protect the products and to guarantee top quality when being delivered.

We are fully aware of the environmental impact that plastics have, which is why we are actively looking for even better recyclable alternatives.

How will my delivery stay fresh?

Your fruits and vegetables are delivered in a refrigerated van and all food is protected in our boxes. Anything chilled comes packed in a special insulated bag which keeps it at the right temperature until you receive it.

What if my delivery is late?

Payments & Account

When trying to sign in, I receive the error message: "Sorry, but we couldn't sign you in."

How can I update my account details?

Log in to your Keakado! account and go to the "Personal Details" section of "My Account". Here you can edit your address, delivery instructions, contact details, password, and card details.

If I paid by a credit card and I want to cancel my order, how long will it take for the amount to be refunded?

Credit card refund times vary by bank, but It takes an average of five working days for the amount to be processed and to show up in your account.

How do I see my orders history?

Login to keakado.com, go to "my account", click on "my orders" and you will be able to see your past orders.

What if I forgot my account password?

You can click on "Forgot my password". You will receive an email containing a link which enables you to change your password.

How do I change my address?

Login to keakado.com, click on “my account”, then click on “my shipping details”. There you will be able to edit your address details.

Ordering

How do I adjust my order after confirmation?

After you received the order confirmation email, it is not possible to adjust the order by yourself. You need to email, message, or call the customer service to assist you with your request. Please note that orders that were paid by credit card must be refunded and cancelled if adjustments are required.

Can I order to a different address?

Yes, it is possible to change your shipping address while your billing address remains the same.

How do I remove items from my shopping cart?

Click on the shopping cart icon on the top right hand side of the website. Once you've located the product, click on the "x" and the item will be removed from your shopping cart.

How do I adjust the quantities of items in my shopping cart?

Click on the shopping cart icon on the top right hand side of the website. Once you've located the product, click on the "+" or "-" until you have the quantity you desire.

How long does it take for the goods to arrive after an order is placed?

Orders placed before 5 PM will be delivered the next day, between 8 AM and 5 PM. Please note that we deliver all days of the week, except public holidays.

What safety measures have been taken when packaging the food?

We make sure our packing teams are strictly following all security rules. This means we have less people actively packing at any time, and everyone is still adhering to 1.5m social distancing guidelines, in addition to wearing the necessary PPE. Additionally, everyone has their temperature checked before they are allowed onto the site.

What precautions are you taking with my delivery?

We have regular briefings with our drivers and packing team and continue to uphold the strictest health and safety guidelines provided by local and global health authorities, such as regular hand washing and carrying hand sanitiser to sanitise hands between deliveries. Each driver has their temperature checked when they arrive at the depot every morning. In addition to this, all our drivers will wear a face mask when entering communal spaces inside buildings such as offices or blocks of flats.
